Layers (evenly spread): banana, yoghurt (Alpro soya protein), oats, saltanas, blueberries (frozen), honey

Tip: even layers help you take everything in one mouthful to get maximum flavor.

Layers: yoghurt (approach soya protein), oats/muesli (alpin blue), Santana's, blueberries, honey, nectarine (outside), strawberries (inside)

Tip: any fresh fruitcanbe used to cover the top; but preferably sweet juicy fruit.

Layers: banana (evenly placed) muesli (tesco's finest berry meus like), blueberries, honey, milk (alpro original)

Tip: zigzag honey in two directions to get a good even layer
